Write to [email protected] from the email address on your Ryzome account, and tell us what you want: a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and everything attached to it. We may need to confirm you control the account before we act, which is a protection for you rather than an obstacle.
You do not have to write to us to delete your account. Deleting it from inside the app removes your profile and your health records outright. The privacy policy sets out the whole picture: what we hold, how long we hold it, and what deletion actually removes.
If you have found a vulnerability in the app or in this site, email [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it. We would much rather hear from you first, and we will not come after anybody acting in good faith.
